Here in the Pacific Northwest, rainy days are a fact of life. That doesn’t mean you have to give up on your fitness routine! With a bit of creativity and preparation, you can stay active and healthy even when the weather outside is less than ideal. Bring your workout indoors. There are plenty of exercises you can do inside your home. You can do yoga or Pilates in your living room, or use an exercise bike or treadmill.
