Why OrthoStat?

Ortho – A shortened word for Orthopedics, “the branch of medicine dealing with the correction of deformities of bones or muscles. Mid-19th century (originally relating specifically to children): from French orthopédie, from Greek orthos ‘right or straight’ + paideia ‘rearing of children’.”

STAT – “A common Medical abbreviation for urgent or rush.  From the Latin word statum, meaning immediately.”

Patients have “STAT” (urgent) injuries that shouldn’t wait to be seen.  We have the orthopedic experts to care for your musculosketal needs.  Get in now to be seen for these urgent needs, rather than waiting.

*Large joint dislocations and certain lacerations are best to be seen in the emergency room.  Call our clinic, 360-736-2889 option 1, and we will direct you on where to be seen.

Our surgeons are on call at Providence Centralia Hospital 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  If you do need to be seen in the Emergency Room, your trusted orthopedic experts will still be able to care for you.

In the event that you are seen in our OrthoStat clinic and our provider believes that it is in your best interest to be seen in the emergency room, we may refer you directly to the Emergency Room.  Your provider will work directly with you on coordinating this if it is necessary.
